| Complete and return an application with a $10 jury fee (made payable to Rockford Art Guild) and four (4) professional quality images of current work, less than two years old, for jury consideration. New applicants must also include a photo showing booth setup. Formats accepted include photographic prints or high-resolution (300 dpi) jpeg, tiff or pdf digital images on CD. Clearly label each image with your name, medium, size and number corresponding to description on application. Applications without images or with poor quality images will not be considered. All jury decisions are final. Artists may submit multiple applications; all submissions in a single entry must be in one category only. Images will be returned to participants only if an appropriately sized S.A.S.E. envelope with proper postage is included with entry. Please make checks payable to Rockford Art Guild.
